50 Neveras already sold, and Bugattis sold out

Rimac Group's Exclusive Hypercars and Advanced Technology Garner High Demand and Investment

The starting price of the exclusive Rimac Nevera car is two million euros, and 50 of them have already been sold, while all 99 Bugatti Mistrals, priced at five million euros each, were sold unseen, Croatian media reported, presenting the new Rimac Group facility.

Marta Longin, the head of Rimac Group's media sector, rated this as "the pinnacle of the automotive industry."

"We're demonstrating how far technology can go. This is not about mass market but the premium segment," said Longin.

Rimac Group brings together two companies: Bugatti Rimac - which deals with the design, development, and production of Bugatti hypercars, and Rimac Automobili - and Rimac Technology, which focuses on the development and production of technology and components for automotive manufacturers, Hina news agency reported.

The group has more than 2,000 employees and a consolidated annual revenue of 400 million euros, with more than half of the employees being engineers.

Rimac Group's shareholders are Porsche with 20.4%, company founder Mate Rimac with 23.4%, Softbank (13.6%), Neurone (10.5%), and Hyundai with 8%, while other investors participate with 24.1%.

Through several successful fundraising rounds since 2017, the group has secured around 820 million euros in private capital in three funding rounds from investors including Porsche, Hyundai, KIA, Investindustrial, Softbank, and Goldman & Sachs, Hina reported.
